Zeetoner Supplies Warranty
Zeetoner warrants each product to be free of defect in both materials and workmanship for a period of 90+ days from the date of purchase.Defective cartridges or ribbons must be returned to Zeetoner for inspection. All MKG ISO certified products are warranteed for a minimum period of 12 months from date of shipping. (Full MKG warranty info available here) All MSE products are warranteed for a period of 12 months from date of hsipping.MSE warranty can be downloaded or requested at any time ( MSE warranty available for download here ). VIP, Virtual ImagingProducts is located in Canada with the buldk of hte production being held in hte USA. VIP Warranty can be downloaded here or at their web site. Questions about manufacturing and origin should be directed to VIP and all certififications , ISO and otehr belong to them. Please do note that many of VIP's products are STMC certifified, however thsi does not apply the the entire production as we know it. Zeetoner is an authorized reseller/distributor of VIP, MKG and MSE prodyct among others.
Zeetoner products have been manufactured under stringent quality control standards, assuring performance that equals or exceeds that of the original equipment.
Zeetoner also warrants that, subject to the conditions below and under normal use (including operation of equipment within specifications) our consumables will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration of any compatible equipment. If a defect in a Zeetoner consumable causes equipment to fail, Zeetoner will reimburse our customer for the full amount for all service and repair of the equipment. The warranty is dependent upon the customer providing us with 100% satisfactory evidence that the equipment failure was due to a defect in the Zeetoner consumable, including a written statement by the authorized service representative, and return to Zeetoner the replaced parts.Zeetoner retains the right to choose the servicing company at our discretion. The customer must also provide proof of regular and scheduled maintenance records on all equipment at their location. Such maintenace must be done by an authorized company dealer/service center only. (Zeetoner reserves the right to cap each incidence to a maximum of 150$ for repairs plus any cost of replacement of the product that was purchased.) Should any disputes arise, any legal jurisdition will be solely at Zeetoner's discretion and choice.
Refunds for customer disatisfaction will be given within 60 days of shipping only. All TRUE shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs will be calculated using Canada Post or other shipping method web site. Handling and restocking fees will not be charged within this 60 day period.In the case of a toner cartridge, empty or almost empty cartridges will not qualify for re-imbursement. The cartridges will be inspected and weighed to ensure that they are half full or more. Should the cartridge prove to be defective through customer negligence (Example: paper clips or staples scratching the drum, or white out etc..) , then the cartridge will not be replaced and a refund will not be offered. Zeetoner reserves the right to repair such cartridges and reship them back once repaired. Most cases will be dealt with on a case by case method due to the rare incidence of such problems. (A credit card will be mandatory during such proceedings.)Toner yields listed are based on OEM yields. MKG yields may be higher in many cases. MICR yields tend to be lower then the OEM non MICR yields. This is usually the case with all manufacturers and remanufacturures in the industry. Yileds can be requested directly from MKG if necessary.
Zeetoner liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, express of implied, including warranties of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose. Local pickups are not allowed unless otherwise specified or agreed. In a case where local pickup is agreed , we reserve the right to charge a service fee (Shipping less 5$).
